061019-N-7981E-110 Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (October 19, 2006)- Mr. Tom Lovell, a Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) employee mans a temporary safety issue shop inside the hangar bay of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). Mr. Lovell is one of over 1,200 civilian contractors per day who are contributing to the rehabilitation and refurbishment of the 98,000 ton warship during Lincoln's 2006 Dry-dock Planned Incremental Availability (DPIA) period.
