130501-N-DR144-360 ANCHORAGE, Alaska (May 1, 2013)- Seaman Cruz Boseman, originally from Anchorage, Alaska and assigned to San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Anchorage (LPD 23), joins his family and other city residents at the Dock on the Block party in downtown Anchorage. The city of Anchorage and various sponsors provided free food, rides and entertainment for Sailors and their families along 6th Avenue. Anchorage is currently moored in its namesake city of Anchorage, Alaska for its commissioning ceremony scheduled to take place May 4.
