Red-Eyed Tree Frog (agalychnis callidryas) - Costa Rica's most iconic amphibian, this treefrog can be seen on nearly every tourism advertisement and knick-nack in the country. These frogs lay their eggs on vegetation overhanging small ponds. When the tadpoles hatch, they drop into the water to begin their development. Arenal, Costa Rica.
