Painted Ensatina - Ensatina eschscholtzii picta - Continuing my photographic study of Ensatina variation. The Painted occurs in a small strip of coastal redwoods in Northern California and Southern Oregon. I am very lucky to have found a couple of these guys while exploring the rainforests with my wife.
