071103-N-7981E-621 Pacific Ocean (November 3, 2007)- Members of Helicopter Visit Board Search and Seizure (HVBSS) Team 1 practice helicopter extractions from an SH-60F Seahawk assigned to "Golden Falcons" Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron (HS) 2 on the flight deck of Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). HVBSS-1 is the first dedicated HVBSS team to reach operational status and they are currently training aboard Lincoln as part of the ship's scheduled work-up. Lincoln and embarked Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 2 are underway off the coast of Southern California participating in Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX).
