Fine arts major September Sell and business adminstration major Lilli Major with UAA art currently being held in storage in Gordon Hartlieb Hall. As Facilities, Planning & Construction (FP&C) interns, Sell and Major recently completed a summer project to compile a complete inventory of UAA's art collection. Their work involved building off prior-existing inventories from 1999 and 2010 and conducting a room-by-room search of every building on the UAA Anchorage campus. So far they have grown UAA's known art collection by 378 pieces by recovering missing and undocumented works. Now working as admin assistants, the two intend to continue the project and make their work available to the public with the launch of the UAA Art Collection Online Gallery.
